ME Pattern Encoder
The ME Pattern Encoder is an important step in setting up automatic crafting with Applied Energistics. It is used to write crafting recipes onto ME Blank Pattern's which can then be placed into a Molecular Assembler Chamber or ME Interface to be automatically crafted on request through an ME Access Terminal.
ME Encoded Pattern can be inserted into the Pattern Encoder so you can edit an existing recipe without having to start from scratch. This also lets you use the Pattern Encoder to copy Patterns from a ME Encoded Pattern to new a ME Blank Pattern.
This block is NOT part of the ME Network.
You can store up to a full stack of Blank Patterns in the encoder, and it fully supports automation, encoded patterns can be removed from the bottom or top, and blank patterns can be added from the sides. You can also trigger encoding by pulsing the block with redstone, making it possible to set up a pattern copying system.
